Bob Watts established a great reputation for the quality of his supberb wirh Graves, a tradition now being carried on by his daughter and son-in-law.
The wine, from a vineyard holding 'across the water', is made using 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
Part of the Semillon portion is barel-fermented to give a delicious toasty-vanilla touvh to the palate.
